Job Summary

Join our team as a Human Data Manager and drive operational excellence at the intersection of data, technology, and business process optimization. This role is ideal for ambitious recent graduates with a technical mindset and a hunger for rapid career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage robust data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize operational performance.
  • Analyze datasets to uncover actionable insights and present recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
