Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and oversee robust data workflows for precise annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency and inform data-driven strategies.
• Analyze diverse datasets to extract actionable insights and formulate recommendations that accelerate operational efficiency.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure data strategies are seamlessly integrated with broader business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks that meticulously track key metrics and workflow enhancements.
• Continuously refine operational processes to guarantee scalability, uphold data integrity, and maintain stringent quality standards.
• Exhibit strong ownership and a proactive, hands-on approach in identifying and resolving complex operational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with practical experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with core operational processes and a genuine passion for enhancing efficiency.
• Exceptional ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights, both in written and verbal formats.
