Job Summary

micro1 is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Data Manager - Health/Medicine with a medical background. This full-time remote role is ideal for recent MD graduates, early-career medical professionals, or experienced doctors looking to leverage clinical knowledge in an operational, data-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize human data workflows.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for performance and process improvements.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.

  • Create data reporting frameworks to enhance clinical and operational processes.
