About the Role: Human Data Manager

This full-time remote role is ideal for recent MD graduates, early-career medical professionals, or experienced doctors ready to leverage clinical expertise in an operational, data-driven setting. You will manage critical human data workflows, define KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies through insightful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize human data workflows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for performance tracking.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and clinical experts.
• Develop data reporting frameworks to enhance processes.
• Maintain data quality controls and compliance standards.
• Support operational strategy by recommending workflow improvements.
• Mentor team members on data-driven best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MD degree or relevant medical background.
• Experience or strong interest in data management and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze datasets and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills.
• Strong communication skills for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Operations Management experience in healthcare or medical research.
• Exposure to AI applications in healthcare.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for KPI tracking.
