Role Overview
The Human Data Manager drives operational excellence at the intersection of data, technology, and business process optimization. This role is perfect for recent graduates with a technical mindset and a passion for rapid career growth. You will design, build, and manage data workflows, monitor KPIs, analyze datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and manage robust data workflows for accurate data annotation and processing.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze datasets to uncover actionable insights and present recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics.
- Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability and data integrity.
- Demonstrate ownership with a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields (Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Technical aptitude with experience in data analysis and workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering or human data projects with operational focus.
