We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Data Manager with a medical background to join our team. This full-time remote role is ideal for recent MD graduates, early-career medical professionals, or experienced doctors who are looking to leverage their clinical knowledge in an operational and data-driven setting. In this role, you’ll manage critical human data workflows, define KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies through data insights. Your expertise will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical understanding and operational decision-making, ensuring processes are optimized and business objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of human data workflows, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, operational health, and process improvements.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical experts, and leadership, to align strategies and drive continuous improvement.
