Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise on hedge fund operations, trade reconciliation, and portfolio management processes.
• Design and deliver high-quality training datasets and scenarios for AI model development focused on trading and hedge fund workflows.
• Review, analyze, and enhance the accuracy of AI-generated outputs using real-world operational knowledge.
• Document best practices, operational standards, and complex financial concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Engage in peer reviews and validation exercises to ensure reliability of AI-driven solutions.
• Identify operational pain points and help shape AI features addressing industry-specific challenges.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hedge fund operations including trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics.
• Deep understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and industry-standard platforms.
• Proven ability to work in high-paced trading or hedge fund environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
