About the role
Growth Manager
As a Growth Manager on our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving outbound company acquisition for AI data partnerships. This is a high-impact, growth-centric position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful business relationships through innovative outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage strong leads pipelines.
- Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Confidently handle calls with company points of contact, addressing objections related to data sharing and compensation models.
- Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to align on partnership requirements and share market insights.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable processes, eventually transitioning into a leadership role managing a small, dynamic team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- Experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multistep outreach sequences.
- Track record of handling objections with confidence, especially around complex compensation or data models.
- Strong organizational and qualification skills—adept at prioritizing and vetting companies.
- Scrappy, proactive, and driven attitude, comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Compensation & Benefits
The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $50,000 –$100,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
