Join micro1's customer's team as a Graphic Design Expert and make a significant impact by sharing your authentic creative process with the next generation of AI. We are seeking seasoned designers with a strong background in Krita and Libresprite who can deliver complete projects from concept to polished assets. This is a unique opportunity to showcase not just your final creations, but also the decision-making and creative journey behind every design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial sketches and paintings through to finalized assets.
- Document and articulate your design process, including workflow decisions and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Organize, label, and manage assets for efficient handoff and future reference.
- Apply expert color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with team members, providing constructive feedback and contributing to knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to explain design choices and methodologies.
