Full-Stack Engineer (JSON Schema Developer)
Join micro1's customer team as a Full-Stack Engineer specializing in JSON Schema Development. This role is crucial for transforming complex documents into structured, actionable data models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex PDF documents (25-150 pages) to identify data fields for extraction.
- Design and implement deeply nested JSON schemas from scratch, adhering to data modeling best practices.
- Define field types, naming conventions, and hierarchical structures for nested and repeated information.
- Embed granular validation logic (e.g., sum checks, null-testing) for data integrity.
- Collaborate with API Gateway teams to design, document, and enforce API contracts using JSON Schema.
- Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver clear schema documentation.
- Champion clear communication in schema explanations and implementation guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing complex JSON schemas (objects within arrays, multilevel nesting).
- Strong proficiency in JSON, schema design, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret raw documents and architect information models.
- Deep understanding of required/optional fields, data types, and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway management and defining API contracts.
- Practical knowledge of JSON Web Token (JWT) standards and secure data handling.
