Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain facial recognition algorithms and biometric matching systems.
• Analyze biometric data to reduce false positives/negatives and improve performance.
• Implement robust identity verification processes with strong data privacy.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders for integration.
• Monitor trends and propose innovative approaches in facial recognition.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for systems.
• Communicate findings and project updates clearly in various formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in facial recognition, biometric matching, and identity verification.
• Strong understanding of biometric data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Proficiency with facial recognition software, machine learning models, and frameworks.
• Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Ability to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
