Join micro1 as a Fine Artist and help shape the next generation of creative technology. In this unique contract role, you will leverage your expertise in fine arts to guide and train AI systems to accurately interpret and generate visual art.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate original artwork using various traditional and digital media.
• Integrate artistic elements such as line, space, mass, color, and perspective for AI training.
• Collaborate with clients, editors, writers, art directors, and internal teams.
• Analyze creative processes to provide detailed input for AI learning modules.
• Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing diverse artistic styles.
• Document and communicate artistic decisions for development teams.
• Support marketing of AI-enhanced artwork through digital channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with both traditional and digital art tools and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
• A keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to maintain and present a diverse artistic portfolio.
