About the Finance Expert AI Trainer Role
Join micro1's team as a Finance Expert AI Trainer. In this part-time, contract role, you will leverage your advanced expertise in finance and business (with an MSc or PhD background) to drive the development of cutting-edge AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly challenging, domain-specific finance questions.
- Create thorough, objective rubrics for evaluating model responses.
- Analyze AI model outputs to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and developers for question relevance.
- Document methodologies, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
- Review and refine question sets based on feedback.
- Contribute thought leadership in finance to enhance AI training content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A MSc or PhD in Finance, Economics, or related field along with demonstrated business experience applying advanced finance concepts. Excellent communication skills, ability to develop challenging assessment materials, and a deep understanding of complex topics such as derivatives, risk modeling, and quantitative analysis are critical. Experience in evaluating AI solutions and a proactive work ethic in remote environments are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning research teams, a publication record in finance or computational finance, and background in developing curricula or assessments for finance professionals.
