Field Technical Specialist - micro1
Join our customer's team as a Field Technical Specialist, where you will provide on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for household appliances and integrated smart home systems. Use your expertise to solve complex problems, engage directly with customers, and make a tangible impact on their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate a variety of home appliances and connected hardware systems at customer sites.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal device performance.
