Job Summary

Join micro1's customer's team as an innovative Fashion Designer and help shape the future of fashion technology by training AI models. In this dynamic remote position, you will blend creative vision with technical mastery, contributing directly to industry advancements. Key Responsibilities

• Sketch both rough and detailed apparel or accessory designs, specifying color schemes, construction methods, materials, and accessory requirements.
• Modify sample garments on and off models to refine aesthetics and achieve the desired results.
• Collaborate with sales, management executives, and clients to present and discuss design concepts.
• Select high-quality materials and innovative production techniques for each product line.
• Prepare detailed specifications and documentation for garments to guide production and training of AI solutions.
• Provide sample garments for sales representatives, organize showings at sales meetings or fashion events, and represent the design vision effectively.
• Contribute industry insights to help develop and refine AI tools tailored for the fashion sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in designing with Computer Aided Design and Drafting software (CADD) and Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in StartingAClothingLine.com Digital Fashion Pro, Trimble SketchUp Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for clear documentation and virtual team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely, self-manage, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience analyzing garment fit, construction, and materials in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to staying current with design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AI training, fashion technology, or digital design transformation projects.
• Portfolio showcasing designs that blend creativity with technical innovation.
• Experience presenting collections at fashion shows or major sales events.
