Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art facial recognition algorithms and biometric matching systems. Analyze biometric data to enhance system performance and reduce false positives/negatives. Implement robust identity verification processes while upholding data privacy and security standards. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate biometric solutions into existing platforms. Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches. Provide technical support, troubleshooting and documentation for biometric systems. Communicate findings and project updates clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in facial recognition, biometric matching, and identity verification.
• Strong understanding of biometric data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Proficiency with facial recognition software, machine learning models, and related frameworks.
• Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Ability to ensure data security, compliance and privacy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multimodal biometrics and advanced liveness detection techniques. Background in deploying facial recognition systems at scale and familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in biometric data management.
