Job Summary:Join our team as an Expert Recruiter - Finance and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition within the financial sector. You will leverage your deep finance expertise to deliver targeted recruitment projects for leading organizations in banking, investment, and accounting, while championing process improvements and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and building trusted partnerships.
  • Utilize human data recruitment methodologies to source, assess, and recommend top financial talent.
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
