Join our customer's team as an English Instructor, delivering dynamic and engaging online writing and communication classes to a diverse group of learners. We seek an educator who is passionate about fostering effective communication skills, inspiring students through interactive virtual learning environments, and providing constructive feedback to empower students to become confident writers and communicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach online writing and communication courses using innovative methodologies.
• Prepare course materials including syllabi, assignments, lesson plans, and handouts.
• Evaluate and grade students’ work constructively and timely.
• Facilitate and moderate classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and grades.
• Provide individualized feedback to improve student communication skills.
• Stay current with best practices in virtual instruction and integrate relevant technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience teaching writing or communication courses online or in hybrid settings.
• Proficiency in developing engaging course content and leveraging digital learning platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with effective class and record management.
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive virtual classroom environment.
• Commitment to student success and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience with multicultural or international student populations.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online assessment tools.
