Dutch Language Expert - AI Trainer
micro1 is hiring Dutch Language Experts – AI Trainers to support advanced AI and Generative AI language model training projects. In this role, you will apply your native-level Dutch and professional English skills to improve the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of AI-generated content. This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity offering flexible work and meaningful impact in AI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate, label, and review Dutch and English language data for AI model training
- Evaluate grammar, semantics, tone, and cultural appropriateness of AI outputs
- Perform linguistic validation and error analysis on AI-generated content
- Provide structured feedback to improve language model quality and performance
- Follow annotation guidelines and quality benchmarks consistently
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional AI and research teams
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for language annotation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience in data annotation, linguistic QA, translation, writing, or language validation
- Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, syntax, semantics, and cultural context
- Background in linguistics, language studies, or equivalent practical experience
