Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to infuse domain-specific knowledge into datasets.
• Review, analyze, and validate data for quality and compliance.
• Develop realistic investigative scenarios and case studies for AI modules.
• Compile and report information on investigations to assist AI modeling.
• Assess AI outputs and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document investigative processes and best practices for training purposes.
• Act as a communication liaison translating field expertise into technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a Private Investigator, Loss Prevention Detective, or similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and compiling investigative reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts applied to investigations.
• Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in AI training or data annotation projects.
• Certifications in private investigations or asset protection.
