Key Responsibilities

• Label, categorize, and annotate diverse datasets including text, images, and other media following provided guidelines.
• Perform meticulous quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve ambiguities and refine annotation protocols.
• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality rules at all times.
• Meet project deadlines and daily productivity benchmarks in a self-managed environment.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high data quality.
• Exceptional reading comprehension and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Reliability, proactivity, and comfort working independently.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new guidelines and project requirements.
• Basic computer skills and internet navigation.

Preferred Qualifications
