Join micro1 as a Creative AI Trainer to shape the next generation of visual AI by combining hands-on asset creation with deep critique. This role blends artistry and cutting-edge technology at the intersection of creative execution and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate gold-standard visual assets including photography, video, analog artwork, and compositing.
  • Develop moodboards, storyboards, and style briefs to articulate tone, composition, lighting, and color.
  • Deliver expert creative critiques and break down AI-generated visuals using artist-first language.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to define visual data requirements and train high-quality datasets.
  • Communicate through creative briefs, feedback notes, and video walkthroughs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven professional experience in creative disciplines such as photography, art direction, graphic design, cinematography, illustration, fine arts, or motion design. A strong portfolio showcasing mastery in composition, lighting, color, and storytelling is required along with hands-on proficiency in creative production pipelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, visual judgment, and familiarity with remote collaboration are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a North American or European institution and familiarity with industry-standard creative tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Capture One, DaVinci Resolve. Experience with educational content creation and generative AI tools is a plus.
