About the Compensation Specialist Role

Join micro1's team as a Compensation Specialist. This remote contract role bridges HR expertise and artificial intelligence by leveraging deep knowledge in compensation, benefits and compliance to develop and train advanced AI models while driving HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train AI models using real-world HR scenarios.
  • Administer employee insurance, pension, and savings plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and reporting requirements.
  • Research and analyze current benefit programs and recommend improvements.
  • Advise on employment regulations, collective agreements, and personnel procedures.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training curricula for employees and AI systems.
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource on policy updates and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits administration, and job analysis.
