Key Responsibilities

• Curate, preprocess, and annotate diverse medical datasets.
• Provide expert clinical feedback for model refinement.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI model performance and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain data security, patient privacy, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on clinical guidelines and evidence-based protocols.
• Communicate findings through reports and discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of active clinical experience.
• Valid medical license (MD, DO) in good standing.
• Current clinical practice experience.
• Exceptional diagnostic analysis skills.
• Expertise in medicine, physiology, and clinical terminology.
• Experience evaluating clinical literature and formal guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
