Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Chemistry Expert AI Trainer. In this fully remote role, you will help shape the future of AI in chemical sciences by using your advanced chemistry knowledge to develop high-quality educational content for AI training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve and document textbook exercises across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
  • Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions with clear explanations.
  • Review and annotate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to meet academic standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in chemical sciences and modern teaching methodologies.
  • Maintain scientific accuracy and rigor in all deliverables.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively in writing and verbally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MSc. or PhD in Chemistry.
  • Expertise in solving and explaining advanced chemistry problems.
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic research in chemistry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to around 15–20 hours per week.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and scientific excellence.
  • Ability to critically assess and refine complex solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience authoring or reviewing instructional chemistry texts.
  • Familiarity with AI systems, data annotation, or structured content development.
  • Background in reviewing chemical content for clarity and precision.
