Join micro1's customer team as a Business Document Expert to evaluate and elevate the next generation of AI-driven productivity tools. This remote role leverages your business acumen and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure AI-generated business documents meet high standards of excellence, clarity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI systems to execute complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Design and test realistic business scenarios reflecting current professional workflows.
  • Review AI outputs for precision, business relevance, and high-quality standards.
  • Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams for continuous AI improvement.
  • Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to refine AI performance.
  • Champion quality, structure, and clarity in every business deliverable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
