Overview

Join our customer's team as a Business Document Expert – AI Evaluation Project. In this fully remote role, you will use your business acumen and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure AI-generated business documents meet the highest standards of excellence, clarity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Design and test realistic business scenarios reflecting current professional workflows.
  • Review AI outputs for precision, relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level standards.
  • Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Annotate, document, and escalate repeated issues to meet business user needs.
  • Champion quality, structure and clarity in every deliverable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
  • Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional business deliverables.

  • Acute attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or eagerness to learn.
  • Self-starter attitude in a remote, fast-paced environment.
