Overview
Join our customer's team as a Business Document Expert – AI Evaluation Project. In this fully remote role, you will use your business acumen and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure AI-generated business documents meet the highest standards of excellence, clarity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
- Design and test realistic business scenarios reflecting current professional workflows.
- Review AI outputs for precision, relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level standards.
- Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Annotate, document, and escalate repeated issues to meet business user needs.
- Champion quality, structure and clarity in every deliverable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
- Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional business deliverables.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or eagerness to learn.
- Self-starter attitude in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
- Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
- MBA or advanced degree with experience mentoring or providing feedback on business deliverables.
