Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine challenging, industry-specific business questions for AI models.
• Design comprehensive rubrics to systematically evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of AI performance and identify improvement areas.
• Create real-world business scenarios reflective of emerging industry challenges.
• Iterate assessment materials to ensure frontier models are sufficiently challenged.
• Document methodologies, rationales, and findings with clarity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MSc., PhD, or equivalent business experience in business administration or management.
• Proven expertise in business consulting, management, or academic instruction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing rigorous evaluation criteria and rubrics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in collaborating within cross-functional teams and remote settings.
