Key Responsibilities

• Record, edit, mix, and master high-quality audio for podcasts, video content, and live events.
• Collaborate closely with producers, content creators, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and creative vision.
• Conduct thorough sound quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and organize audio files, project assets, and session data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Implement sound design elements, music beds, and post-production effects to enhance narratives.
• Ensure timely delivery of audio assets, meeting strict deadlines and project milestones.
• Stay current with audio engineering best practices, tools, and relevant technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in audio engineering, sound production, or a related field.
• Proficiency with industry-standard audio software.
• Strong knowledge of recording techniques, microphone placement, and mixing/mastering workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work both independently and as part of a remote team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and feedback exchange.
• Keen ear for detail and a passion for delivering the best possible audio experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
