Job Summary

As an Airfield Operations Specialist – AI Trainer, you will leverage your aviation experience to develop and refine AI-generated content related to airport ground operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. This fully remote, non-clinical role allows you to work independently while collaborating with forward-thinking professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI-generated responses on airfield operations.
• Provide corrections and feedback to enhance AI performance.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards and safety protocols.
• Create and validate training content on runway usage and related topics.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and content teams.
• Identify outdated or irrelevant AI information and document recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as an Airfield Operations Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of runway safety, aircraft procedures, and FAA/ICAO regulations.
• Familiarity with airport systems including NOTAMs and ARFF coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, technical writing, or safety compliance.
• Background in AI, data labeling, or technical quality assurance.
• Familiarity with airport management systems or simulation platforms.
