Join our customer's team as a dedicated Air Traffic Controller, where your operational expertise and passion for aviation will directly influence the future of air traffic management. In this unique role, you will blend traditional ATC skills with innovative AI training and educational responsibilities, shaping both AI systems and the next generation of aviation professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage air traffic control (ATC) operations in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop high-quality training data for AI-driven aviation solutions.
- Design and curate realistic and edge-case scenarios to enhance AI robustness and system learning.
- Validate, analyze, and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to support continuous improvement and accuracy.
- Teach undergraduate-level courses, create detailed syllabi and supplementary educational materials, and lead engaging discussions or tutorials.
- Evaluate, grade, and record student assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ongoing professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in air traffic control operations and strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking with a knack for scenario design and problem-solving.
