Job Summary

Join our engineering team to shape the future of recruiting technology trusted by nearly every major AI lab. Work hands-on with Zara, our AI Recruiter model, to design, build, and scale next-generation systems at the core of the AI revolution.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure using Python and AWS.
  • Develop and integrate advanced LLMs and multimodal systems including text, audio, video, and visual inputs.
  • Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Build efficient APIs with LangChain and FastAPI to boost system performance.
  • Drive research and innovation in cutting-edge multimodal AI technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Python and AWS environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
  • Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization for deep learning workloads.
