Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist, harnessing expertise in AI, ML, and Generative AI to drive advancements in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization. Transform clinical research with innovative technology solutions that impact patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trials.
• Develop advanced GenAI applications for automating clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools.
• Engineer predictive and generative AI models using diverse healthcare datasets.
• Apply NLP and LLMs for medical text analysis.
• Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance for AI/ML solutions.
• Leverage AWS for scalable model deployment and MLOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in healthcare AI/ML.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
• Expertise in modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with generative AI and LLM architectures.
• Experience in digital healthcare application development.
• Familiarity with cloud services and MLOps practices, especially AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or clinical research AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge in digital healthcare tool design and patient engagement strategies.
