Role Overview

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist to harness expertise in AI, ML, and Generative AI to drive advancements in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trial operations.
  • Develop advanced GenAI applications for automating clinical trial documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools for enhanced data collection.
  • Engineer predictive and generative AI models with diverse healthcare datasets.
  • Apply natural language processing and large language models to medical text analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Leverage AWS cloud-based platforms for scalable model deployment and MLOps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in AI/ML healthcare applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Proven experience with generative AI technologies and LLM architectures.
  • Experience in designing digital healthcare applications and tools.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with AWS and MLOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Implementation experience with AI/ML solutions in healthcare or clinical research.
  • Expertise in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of digital healthcare tool design and patient engagement strategies.
