Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist. In this role, you will harness your expertise in AI, ML, and Generative AI to drive advancements in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization, transforming how clinical research data is collected, analyzed, and interpreted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trial operations.
  • Develop advanced GenAI applications to automate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools.
  • Engineer predictive and generative AI models using diverse healthcare datasets.
  • Apply NLP and LLMs to medical text analysis and research interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Leverage cloud-based platforms like AWS for scalable model deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years professional experience with AI/ML in healthcare or clinical research.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar, with expertise in modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proven experience with generative AI technologies and LLM architectures.
  • Experience in designing digital healthcare applications and tools.
  • Proficiency in conveying complex technical details effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (especially AWS) and MLOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in healthcare or clinical research.
  • Expertise in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance.
