Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist to drive innovations in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that significantly impact patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trial operations.
  • Create advanced GenAI applications for automating clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools for enhanced data collection.
  • Engineer predictive and generative models using diverse healthcare datasets.
  • Apply natural language processing and LLMs for medical text analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Utilize AWS cloud platforms for scalable model deployment and MLOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience with at least 1 year in healthcare AI/ML applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Proven expertise in generative AI technologies and large language models.
  • Experience in designing and developing digital healthcare applications.
  • Familiarity with AWS and best practices in version control and MLOps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI/ML in a healthcare or clinical research setting.
  • Expertise in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance.
