Role Overview - AI Data Scientist

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist where you will harness your expertise in AI, ML, and Generative AI to drive advancements in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization. This role impacts patient outcomes by transforming how clinical research data is collected, analyzed, and interpreted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trial operations.
  • Develop advanced GenAI applications for automating clinical trial documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools for enhanced patient engagement.
  • Engineer predictive and generative AI models using diverse healthcare datasets.
  • Apply NLP and large language models to medical text analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Leverage AWS cloud platforms for scalable model deployment and MLOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years professional experience with at least 1 year in AI/ML for healthcare.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar with expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Experience with generative AI and LLM architectures.
  • Experience in developing digital healthcare applications and tools.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and MLOps best practices.
