Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an AI Data Scientist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI, ML, and Generative AI to drive advancements in digital healthcare and clinical trial optimization, transforming how clinical research data is collected, analyzed, and interpreted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical trial operations.
  • Develop advanced GenAI applications for automating clinical trial documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build digital healthcare tools for better data collection and patient engagement.
  • Engineer predictive and generative AI models using diverse healthcare datasets.
  • Apply NLP and LLMs to medical text analysis and research interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Leverage AWS cloud platforms for scalable model deployment and MLOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years professional experience with at least 1 year in applying AI/ML techniques in healthcare or clinical research.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar with hands-on expertise in ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Proven experience with generative AI technologies including LLM architectures.
  • Experience in designing digital healthcare applications and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS, and best practices in version control and MLOps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions within a healthcare or clinical research environment.
  • Expertise in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of digital healthcare tool design and patient engagement strategies.
