Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising policies, promotional programs, and collateral development to generate maximum interest in products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and advertising agencies to create innovative advertising solutions.
• Develop, review, and refine advertising copy, layouts, scripts, and multimedia content for quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Train AI systems using your expertise in advertising and promotions, ensuring accuracy in campaign strategy, messaging, and creative executions.
• Facilitate communication between media partners, internal departments, and stakeholders to drive campaign success and coordinate deliverables.
• Analyze and report on advertising performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform AI training.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising and AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in advertising, promotions management, or a similar role (e.g., Account Executive, Communications Director, Creative Services Director).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creative tools, and analytics.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including sales, graphic arts, media, and research.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, remote environments and leveraging technology for cross-team communication.
