Adult Education or ESL Instructor at micro1
Join micro1's customer team as an Adult Education or ESL Instructor, where you will focus on training next-generation AI models. This unique contract opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in adult education to help shape artificial intelligence while working remotely from anywhere. Play a key role in enhancing how AI understands and supports diverse learners by leveraging your instructional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and assess simulated student work to inform the development and evaluation of AI training materials.
- Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and student progress scenarios to guide AI learning processes.
- Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods and content to accurately reflect best practices for varied abilities and backgrounds.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats to document insights and recommendations for AI training improvement.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and educational content, suggesting enhancements based on real-world teaching expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and refine training data reflecting authentic classroom challenges and solutions.
- Encourage innovative approaches to adult education and ESL, drawing from your own experience to broaden the AI’s understanding of learner needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or related field.
