Your Responsibilities as an Account Development Manager B2C
- Advise customers and expertly negotiate with key decision-makers.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Michelin for all daily sales and operational topics.
- Proactively identify customer needs to jointly promote future mobility and sustainability initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team
- A strong passion for sales, backed by initial sales experience.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and excellent listening skills to accurately identify customer requirements.
- Very good proficiency in Dutch and English, essential for the Belux market.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain an overview, stay well-organized, and show resilience.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technical content and product details.
