Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Tech Hiring Associate, you will be instrumental in attracting top technical and leadership talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical & Leadership Hiring: Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-senior and leadership roles in engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, and related domains. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical and leadership positions across various industries. Conduct thorough technical screenings and competency assessments to ensure optimal candidate fit. Leverage market intelligence to provide strategic advice to business leaders on hiring strategies, talent availability, and competitive trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and establish successful hiring profiles. Lead structured intake discussions and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process. Influence key decision-making through the presentation of data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact through to offer closure. Build robust talent pipelines using diverse sources such as social platforms, professional communities, industry events, referrals, and strategic market mapping. Maintain accurate hiring metrics, dashboards, and comprehensive pipeline reports to ensure efficiency and transparency.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on India's evolving tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and leadership talent movement across various industries. Utilize competitive intelligence to identify top talent and contribute to strengthening employer branding initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess 4-9 years of experience in leadership hiring, specifically within technology roles. You should demonstrate a proven ability to source senior talent using advanced search techniques. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting hiring metrics and making data-driven decisions, is highly valued.
