Your Mission as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador, matchmaker, and career coach.
- You will acquire new clients through smart strategies and your engaging personality.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies independently.
- Craft compelling job advertisements, select appropriate channels, and excite talent through active sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, build extensive networks, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with companies to connect the right people with the right positions.

- You hold a completed university degree or a commercial vocational training.
- You have initial sales experience, ideally within recruitment consulting.
