Due to our ambitious growth course, we are looking for Sales Consultants (m/w/d) for our Stuttgart location as soon as possible, who want to actively shape our success story. Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will build and expand your own client base, thus developing our sales business in Stuttgart. You will get to know companies and analyze their personnel needs within their departments. You will turn companies into clients, negotiating a basis for collaboration and maintaining long-term relationships with them. You will advise candidates on their career options and become a sparring partner throughout the entire application process. You will be the interface between candidates and companies, bringing both parties together through clear communication and supportive advice.

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships in the Business Services sector.
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Advising and supporting clients with tailored solutions.
  • Conducting market analyses to identify trends and potentials.
  • Preparing and negotiating offers and concluding contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participating in industry events and networking to expand the client base.
  • Continuously documenting and reporting on sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

You bring high intrinsic motivation, perseverance, enthusiasm, and passion for the Sales Consultant role. Ideally, you have initial sales experience in a B2B environment. You want to make an impact and influence the success of every individual client project. A solution-oriented approach defines your entire way of working, and your positive attitude helps you overcome challenges and develop further. You possess team spirit, contributing to achieving our goals and celebrating our successes together. You have successfully completed a university degree or a comparable commercial apprenticeship and are fluent in German and English.
