Your Responsibilities as a Sales Associate
- New Client Acquisition: You acquire new companies as clients by convincing them of yourself, us, and our vision.
- Existing Client Management: You continue to support the companies you've acquired as an Account Owner, building sustainable client relationships to realize up- and cross-selling potential.
- Recruiting: Utilizing our existing talent pools, active sourcing, and job advertisements, you build a sustainable candidate network within your specialization to fill client positions optimally and quickly.
- Full-Sales-Cycle: The entire process is 100% in your hands. You support clients and candidates from the beginning of the process to the final closing, achieving the best outcome for all parties.
The Successful Applicant
You have initial experience in sales/distribution. You are open, passionate, and have a winning personality. You are keen on success, creative, and sometimes find unconventional ways to reach your goals. You love taking initiative as much as working collaboratively in a team. Selling is absolutely your thing. Communication and negotiation in German and English are easy for you.
