Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the full product roadmap, encompassing pricing, product lifecycle management, and category growth initiatives.
- Apply strong capability across the 5P's of product marketing to achieve competitive and commercial outcomes.
- Lead product development and innovation specifically tailored for distributor channels and industrial end-users.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies, innovation priorities, and overall category strategy.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Oversee product quality, compliance, documentation, and investigations to uphold strong customer outcomes and brand standards.
Essential Criteria
- Proven product management or product ownership experience within heavy industry, industrial markets, or B2B distributor environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence specifiers, technical users, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong practical capability in the 5P's of product marketing, with experience managing technical manufactured products.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working effectively cross-functionally with sales, finance, technical, and operations teams.
- Location flexibility: Melbourne or Sydney preferred, but Western Australia or Queensland will be considered for the right candidate.
