Job Description

Overview

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, CX, Engineering, and Analytics to drive efficiency, scalability, and intelligent automation across core operational systems for a global Ecommerce beauty brand.

Own the Strategy

Define and execute a multi-year product vision for warehouse, fulfillment, and operational systems. Prioritize initiatives that improve margin, throughput, accuracy, and customer experience. Establish clear success metrics tied to operational and financial KPIs.

Lead Systems & Integrations

Manage third-party warehouse platforms, automation systems (such as pick-to-light and robotics), carriers, and integrations with ERP, ecommerce, billing, and CRM platforms. Design scalable, well-documented integrations and event-driven workflows to reduce manual processes and system failure points across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Optimise Warehouse & Fulfilment

Translate operational workflows (receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns) into technical solutions. Partner with Operations to modernize processes and leverage automation. Ensure proper telemetry, reporting, and data instrumentation are in place for continuous improvement.

Enhance Customer Support Systems

Improve CX tooling, workflows, automations, and escalation processes by collaborating with Customer Support and Analytics to increase efficiency and lower operational friction.

Drive AI & Advanced Optimization

Identify and implement AI/ML use cases in fulfillment and back-office systems, including wave planning, batching, slotting, labor optimization, and forecasting. Evaluate build vs. buy opportunities and partner with Data teams to iterate on decisioning models.

Deliver with Excellence

Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile execution. Write clear product requirements, functional specifications, and documentation. Lead UAT, change management, rollout, and training while communicating progress and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
