Job Description

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key personas and use cases
  • Lead product launches end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and differentiated narratives
  • Create and maintain core PMM assets: website messaging, pitch decks, one‑pagers, FAQs, launch briefs

Content & Storytelling (Core Requirement)

  • Build high‑quality content across formats - blogs, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, email campaigns, and sales enablement material
  • Partner with Product and Customer teams to develop customer stories and proof points
  • Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all customer‑facing touchpoints
  • Play an editorial role in defining content themes aligned with GTM priorities

Enablement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with relevant messaging, battlecards, and competitive insights
  • Work closely with Demand Gen to align campaigns to buyer journey stages
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, backed by insights and feedback loops

Community‑Driven Marketing (Good to Have)

  • Support or lead community initiatives such as user groups, virtual events, roundtables, webinars, or ambassador programs
  • Partner with practitioners, customers, and industry voices to drive engagement and advocacy
  • Contribute to building a loyal audience around product, category, or ecosystem
