About Our Client
Our client is a Series B funded SaaS product organisation in the Cloud Ops domain, with global operations.
Job Description
Product Marketing & GTM
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key personas and use cases
- Lead product launches end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams
- Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and differentiated narratives
- Create and maintain core PMM assets: website messaging, pitch decks, one‑pagers, FAQs, launch briefs
Content & Storytelling (Core Requirement)
- Build high‑quality content across formats - blogs, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, email campaigns, and sales enablement material
- Partner with Product and Customer teams to develop customer stories and proof points
- Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all customer‑facing touchpoints
- Play an editorial role in defining content themes aligned with GTM priorities
Enablement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with relevant messaging, battlecards, and competitive insights
- Work closely with Demand Gen to align campaigns to buyer journey stages
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, backed by insights and feedback loops
Community‑Driven Marketing (Good to Have)
- Support or lead community initiatives such as user groups, virtual events, roundtables, webinars, or ambassador programs
- Partner with practitioners, customers, and industry voices to drive engagement and advocacy
- Contribute to building a loyal audience around product, category, or ecosystem
The Successful Applicant
Must‑Have
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and compelling way
- Data‑informed mindset with strong attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience building or nurturing communities (users, customers, partners, or practitioners)
- Exposure to developer, GTM, or technical buyer personas
- Prior experience at an early‑stage or scaling SaaS company
