About the Role: Junior HR Admin

This position offers HR & Admin Support for one of the largest global consumer electronics and component manufacturers. The company has a broad R&D structure with products shaping everyday life for millions.

HR Support

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee documentation.
  • Updating employee databases and assisting with HR administrative tasks.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training programs and performance management processes.
  • Coordinating offboarding and exit processes.

Administrative Support

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing office owner relations and effective communication.
  • Coordinating presence in a hybrid office model and supporting on-site staff.
  • Handling invoice circulation, verification, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Preparing accurate reports as needed.
  • Organizing business trips including travel and accommodation arrangements, plus expense settlements.
  • Coordinating meeting logistics, including planning, room setup, and materials preparation.
  • Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous administrative experience with HR exposure is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Self-motivation and team collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility in changing conditions.
  • Higher education in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communicative level of English.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This is a remote position with potential hybrid work in the future, involving occasional visits to the Warsaw office in Służewiec. The employment is based on a contract (Umowa zlecenie).
