About the Role: Junior HR Admin
This position offers HR & Admin Support for one of the largest global consumer electronics and component manufacturers. The company has a broad R&D structure with products shaping everyday life for millions.
HR Support
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee documentation.
- Updating employee databases and assisting with HR administrative tasks.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training programs and performance management processes.
- Coordinating offboarding and exit processes.
Administrative Support
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing office owner relations and effective communication.
- Coordinating presence in a hybrid office model and supporting on-site staff.
- Handling invoice circulation, verification, and ensuring timely payments.
- Preparing accurate reports as needed.
- Organizing business trips including travel and accommodation arrangements, plus expense settlements.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, including planning, room setup, and materials preparation.
- Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an organized and proactive individual. Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous administrative experience with HR exposure is desirable.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Self-motivation and team collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility in changing conditions.
- Higher education in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Communicative level of English.
Work Arrangement & Benefits
This is a remote position with potential hybrid work in the future, involving occasional visits to the Warsaw office in Służewiec. The employment is based on a contract (Umowa zlecenie).
