Job Description
The Head of Strategy Digital Payments will shape and facilitate the country's strategic agenda through in-depth market trend analysis, opportunity identification, and risk assessment. Responsibilities include:
- Driving overall strategy execution with a defined PMO framework.
- Leading the annual prioritization process and establishing governance frameworks.
- Communicating strategic objectives clearly across country and account levels.
- Overseeing monthly performance reviews using comprehensive scorecards.
- Collaborating with Sales Excellence, Finance, and People teams on planning and execution.
- Developing market visit materials and preparing leadership communications.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management consulting or a strategic function, with a preference for background in payments or retail strategy. They must demonstrate strong leadership, independent project oversight, advanced analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
